Can I make my Corporate Action election only online?

There are three choices in which you can provide us with your Corporate Action election:

  • Use our new EQi Corporate Action online election service
  • Send us a secure message from within in your EQi account
  • Call our Customer Experience Centre

 

Our new online election service is available to use whilst logged into your online EQi account. This new service provides additional benefits of an immediate confirmation of acceptance, which wouldn't be the case if you elect over the phone or through a secure message. The service also allows you to amend your election preference from within your online account.

Should you wish to call us with your election, our Customer Experience Centre telephone number is 0345 0700 720. Our telephone lines are currently open 08:00 to 16.30, Monday to Friday. Please be aware you may encounter longer wait times at this present time.

Please note: You will need to have a sufficient cash balance within the EQi account to cover your election.
