How can I order a new PIN and when will I receive it?

New PINs should be requested from our Customer Experience Centre on 0345 0700 720. They are sent to the account holder's postal address within 3-5 working days of request.

Please Note: If you have your current PIN, there is a 'Change PIN' option within your 'Profile', on the top right hand side of the screen. EQi recommend you change your PIN regularly for increased security.
