How can I access transactions prior to January 2015?

18 months historical data has been applied to your account within your secure message inbox. In the date field, select a date to search from, confirm the category and refresh. Some of the documents will appear under the narrative of "Historical PDFs." If the document you are looking for cannot be located, please send us a secure message or contact the Customer Experience Centre on 0345 0700 720.
