FAQs

What is an IPO?

When a company wishes to raise capital, either by way of an equity or as a bond issue, one of the options open to the company is an Initial Public Offer.

A prospectus sets out the company's position, future risks, including information about the new issue and the terms on which the investments are being sold.

Note: Not all IPOs are available via all brokers and not all are open to the General Public.
