COVID-19 Update: Reduced telephone hours

To ease pressure on our colleagues during the coronavirus period, we have temporarily revised the open hours of our Customer Experience Centre. These are now 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday, in line with the UK stock market. We will return to normal hours as soon as possible.

In addition, we are experiencing increased activity due to market volatility, which may result in longer wait times on the phone. Where possible, please place trades online, or if you have a query log in to your account and send us a secure message. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
