How can I check if I have a Direct Debit in place?

Step One: Once logged into your EQi Account, view your 'Banking Details' on your 'Profile' page to see if there are current and accurate bank details held.
Step Two: You can access the payment screen by selecting the 'Top Up' button on your dashboard. Select 'BACS Transfer' and your nominated bank details will pre-populate here if held. These bank details will be used for Top-Ups and Withdrawals.
